Booking & Pricing Policy
Session Rates
• Hourly and full-day rates are available.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a full-day appointment.
Your booking is secured once the deposit is received — no design work will be started prior to payment, except for sketches created face-to-face during consultation.
If you decide to book a future session after an in-person consultation, those sketches will be sent to you.
Payment details will be provided during scheduling.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
If I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full if a new date is not possible.
Clear communication and mutual respect ensure a smooth process for everyone.

- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be moved to a new date one time only, provided you give at least two full business days’ notice.
- Otherwise, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- The remaining session fee is due on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
- Arriving more than 30 minutes late, or canceling with insufficient notice, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-shows and same-day cancellations cannot be accommodated.
