Within 24 hours (usually faster) you'll get a reply with timing, an estimate, and the next available dates.
Secure your date
A non-refundable deposit holds your slot. Sketches are prepared before the session, never on the day.

Show up to the studio at 1081 Carling Ave. Comfort, privacy, careful work, and a result that lasts.
Booking terms

A few simple terms so the process is smooth for everyone.
- Hourly and full-day rates are available. See Rates for details.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a full-day appointment.
- Your booking is secured once the deposit is received. No design work starts before payment, except sketches created face-to-face during consultation.
- The remaining session fee is due on the day of your appointment.
- Payment details will be provided during scheduling.
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be moved to a new date one time only.
- You must give at least two full business days notice to reschedule.
- Otherwise, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- Canceling with insufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-shows and same-day cancellations cannot be accommodated.
- If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full if a new date is not possible.
