Answers to the questions we hear most often. If something isn't here — just ask.
Fill out the booking form on the Booking page. Describe your idea, share references, note the placement and approximate size. You'll hear back within 24 hours — usually faster.
Small adjustments are fine and expected — the design is worked out in consultation, not locked in at the moment of booking. Significant changes to concept, placement, or size after a consultation has already happened may require starting over.
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a full-day appointment. It can be moved to a new date once, with at least two full business days' notice. All deposit terms are on the Booking page.
Pricing depends on the artist, size, complexity, and placement. Hourly and full-day rates are available — full details on the Rates page. A realistic estimate is given after we discuss your idea — not before.
Cash, card, e-transfer, or payment through the website. All work equally fine.
Because there are too many variables — the same subject in two different styles at two different sizes can be an hour or a full day. Any number you hear before a consultation is a guess. We'd rather give you something accurate.
Come alone — it's a private studio and the atmosphere works better that way. Bringing someone is fine if it helps you feel comfortable, just keep it to one person.
Depends entirely on the piece. We'll give you a realistic estimate once we know what you're after. Plan your day accordingly — it's rarely as short as people expect.
Always. Just say the word. Breaks are normal and expected, especially on longer sessions.
There's a full guide on the Pre-Session Prep page. Short version: sleep, eat, hydrate, wear appropriate clothing, skip the alcohol the night before.
References are always welcome — images, mood boards, sketches, anything that helps communicate the idea. The more grounded your starting point, the better the result. The design itself is built from scratch during consultation.
No. We don't replicate other artists' work. If you're drawn to a particular piece, we can use it as a reference to understand the direction — style, feel, composition — and create something original from there. The result will be yours, not a copy.
The sketch is worked out together during consultation. For most clients, you won't receive a final digital file beforehand — the design is a conversation, not a transaction.
18, strictly. No exceptions.
Yes — assessed case by case. Send us a photo with your booking request and we'll let you know what's possible.
Yes. Cover-up work requires a consultation — the existing tattoo, placement, and what you want to achieve all affect what's possible. Reach out with a clear photo and your idea.
Generally no. If something goes noticeably wrong due to a technical issue — not healing — we'll discuss it. But a tattoo healing unevenly in high-wear placements or because aftercare wasn't followed isn't something we cover. Follow the aftercare guide and most tattoos won't need touching up.
Everything you need is on the Aftercare Guide. Read it before your session, not after.
